Russia publishes book about President Ho

(VOV) -A book about late President Ho Chi Minh, who was the first Vietnamese to enter the Kremlin Palace debuted in Moscow on June 30.

The book was written by President Ho’s Secretary Vu Ky, following an initiative by the Chairman of the Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association, Evghenhy Pavlovic Glazunov, to mark the 90th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's first visit to Russia in June 1923.

The Russian version of the book aims to help international friends deepen their understanding of President Ho's life and work through Vu Ky’s writings about his visits to Russia in the 20th century.

The 1987 Vietnamese edition was translated by Glazunov, who served as President Ho’s interpreter during his time at the Vietnamese embassy in Russia and during his term as Head of the Indochina Department of the Russian Communist Party.
