Former world No. 1 Carlos Moya of Spain, now ranking 41^st in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), will join Gael Monflis of France, ranking 30^th, and Nicolas Kiefer and Rainer Schuettler of Germany, 23^rd and 86^th, respectively, in the event, which will be the first of its kind in Vietnam.

The four stars will also take part in friendly matches with outstanding Vietnamese players during the tournament.
