The Prime Minister has decided to approve a Vietnam-Paraguay agreement on visa exemption for diplomatic and official passport holders signed between the two governments in Asuncion, Paraguay on Match 8, 2007.

The PM assigned the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prepare procedures for the approval and inform Vietnamese representative agencies of the date when the agreement takes effect.

The agreement was signed during a visit to Paraguay in March 2007 by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Le Van Bang, who is also special envoy of the Prime Minister.
