Central provinces flooded
Many residential quarters in central Quang Nam province and Danang city were submerged in floodwaters on November 4.
Nguyen Thai Lan, Head of the Meteorological Observatory at the Central Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting Center, said record high rainfall of 500-700mm innindated many parts of Quang Nam and Danang.
