The “Vietnam-Laos-Thailand exhibition and economic exchange” fair opened in the central city of Da Nang on March 25. 

The fair created conditions for enterprises and economic organisations to exchange experiences and promote investment into Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. It also provided opportunities for investors to develop the trade and tourism sectors of the East-West corridor's countries. 

The fair attracted 112 enterprises, including those from Thailand and Laos and China. Various products, such as garment and textiles, footwear, electronics, ceramics and handicrafts, were showcased at the event.

During the five-day fair, there will be seminars on investment opportunities, fashion shows and music performances.
