The Central Highland province of Kon Tum has carried out a VND5.5 billion project to assist the Brau ethnic minority group.

The project is aimed at helping the group reduce poverty, improve living conditions and preserve cultural values.

The Brau ethnic group now has 103 families with 386 people, living mainly in Dak Me village, Bo Y commune, Ngoc Hoi district. It is one of Vietnam’s six ethnic minority groups with their smallest populations.
