More than VND32 billion from the province’s budget will be allocated for the project to build 100 apartments in Long Tho-Phuoc An commune, Nhon Trach district.

The Administration Board of Civil and Industrial Construction Projects under the Department of Construction has been assigned to invest in this project.

Preparations for building of another 400 apartments in Bien Hoa city are underway.

Each apartment has a total area of 64m² with two bedrooms, one living room and one kitchen, and will sell for approximately VND320 million (US$18,000 ) each.
