Israel air strikes targeted three tunnels in Gaza on late September 4 and early 5 after a rocket from Gaza landed in Israel, an Israel Defense Forces spokesman said.
The attacks in Gaza injured two people and three others are missing, according to a statement from Hamas police in Gaza.
The rocket from Gaza landed in the Israeli town of Sderot early August 4, the IDF spokesman said. There were no reports of injuries or damages, he added.
The spokesman, who would not give his name, said two of the three Gaza tunnels the Israelis targeted are smuggling tunnels.
