The Central Emulation and Rewards Council on May 9 reviewed the results of the special emulation movement launched under a Prime Minister Directive dated September 8, 2004 and another drive to implement the resolutions of the recent 10th National Party Congress.
To translate the resolutions into life, according to the council, in the coming time, all ministries, sectors and localities should draw up specific plans to effectively implement socio-economic development and national defence tasks, and improve the people’s living conditions. Emulation movements and reward work must be renewed to meet the requirements of the new situation.
