President welcomes Korean NA leader
(VOV) - Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK) should create favourable conditions for their businesses to improve cooperation and investment.
President Truong Tan Sang issued the statement while receiving Kang Chang-hee, Speaker of the RoK National Assembly in Hanoi on January 15.
Sang said that similarities in history and socio-culture, with large communities from both nations in each other’s country provide foundations for long-lasting mutual friendship and cooperation.

The State leader said he hopes that the numerous achievements gained by both sides in the last 20 years will be multiplied in the next 20 years.
Kang said he hopes Vietnam will foster the best possible conditions for Korean businesses to seek investment opportunities.
The guest expressed his belief that the two countries will have more chances to foster bilateral relations through the exchange of high-ranking delegations.
He thanked Vietnam for supporting his country at multilateral forums, hoping that the two countries will continue offer each other support at regional and international forums.
