The Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF) on August 15 announced that it will offer 40 scholarships to study in the US in 2010.

Beneficiaries will be university post-graduates majoring in scientific technology. Applicants must have IELTS certificates and a GRE score of at least 1,000 points.

VEF will receive application forms through the Internet. More information will be provided at www.wef.gov or by email vef2010@vef.gov.
