The Vietnam Agent Orange Victims’ Association (VAVA) and the Iranian association in support of toxic chemical victims have both expressed their wish to share experiences in taking care of AO victims.

The wish was expressed at a meeting between VAVA Deputy President Nguyen Trong Nhan and Iranian Ambassador Sayed Javad G. Shahidi in Hanoi on September 16.

The VAVA Deputy President thanked the Iranian Ambassador and association for supporting Vietnamese AO victims.

Meanwhile, the Iranian Ambassador said helping AO victims is a humanitarian action and responsibility of each person, adding that the Iranian association in support of toxic chemical victims wants to set up relations with the VAVA so that the two sides can learn experiences from each other to operate more effectively, contributing to protecting and helping chemical victims.
