The event is the biggest trade fair in central Nghe An province in 2008 and has attracted more than 220 stands from over 100 domestic and foreign businesses.

A diverse range of products is displayed at the fair, including trade, services, culture, food and tourism. Vinh City has also organised many economic exchange activities for businesses to seek out investment opportunities and festivals to promote, food, sports and culture to serve businesses and visitors.

The fair is a chance for businesses to advertise their trade names, products and seek out co-operation opportunities.

Trade promotion is expected to be pushed among domestic businesses and foreign businesses during the fair as the province has become important to the North Central region in attracting investment, trade and tourism.

The event is co-organised by the Nghe An provincial people’s committee, the Nghe An Centre for Trade Promotion and the Viet Phat Investment and Trade Promotion Co. Ltd.
