The vote to select outstanding athletes and coaches of the year was held simultaneously in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on December 28.

The event, organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the HCM Communist Youth Union Central Committee and the Vietnam Olympic Committee, is an annual activity to honour outstanding athletes and coaches of the year for their contributions to the country’s sports.
