Hanoians feel bitter cold after Tet

(VOV) -A strong cold snap is striking the northern region of Vietnam, and many Hanoians have to make a fire to warm them up against the cold.
The cold snap came hot on the heels of the warm Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday, causing chaos for residents.
