Government resolution on 2018 tasks issued

To reach targets for this year, the government has adopted a motto of “Discipline, Integrity, Action, Creativity, Effectiveness” with a focus on enhancing macroeconomic stability, creating drastic practical changes and breakthroughs, restructuring the economy, and reforming the growth model, boosting productivity, quality, effectiveness and competitiveness, promoting startups, and stimulating economic growth.

The focus will also be on combating corruption and waste, improving people’s lives, protecting the environment, responding to natural disasters and climate change, ensuring national defense and security, and promoting external affairs and international integration.
