The Border Guard Command of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province and the provincial concerned agencies handed over 26 Chinese crewmen to the Chinese Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City on Nov. 12.

Concerned agencies of the southern coastal province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau completed procedures in a day to help the 26 Chinese crewmen who were in accident on Vietnam ’s waters return home.

On Nov. 9, ship Jian Mao 9 with 26 crew members on board carrying out steel was sunken off the waters of Vietnam ’s central Da Nang city while it was on the route from Malaysia to China .

Receiving SOS signal, Panama-flagged Nyk Aguarius ship, which was going from China to Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, saved all the crew from the ill-fated ship and handed over them to the province’s border guard force.
