The Vietnam Feature Film Studio will start making a film of King Ly Thai To Ly Cong Uan on November 1 next year to commemorate Hanoi's 1,000th anniversary.
The film will be shot in many local areas, such as Son Tay, Hoa Binh and Da Nang, as well as places in China, at an estimated budget of US$2.5 million. The Vietnam Feature Film Studio will invite foreign specialists to join, including Japanese musician Kitaro and Chinese cameraman Du Khafeng.
The film is scheduled to be released on May 1, 2010.
