Anh Thong goes for gold at bodybuilding championship
(VOV) - Vietnamese bodybuilder Nguyen Anh Thong demonstrated an impressive performance in his selection and went on to win gold at the World Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championship in Hungary.
The first day of the event also saw competition from two other Vietnamese athletes, Pham Van Mach, and Nguyen Van Lam who won silver medals in the 60kg and 70kg categories, respectively.

Vietnam’s medal tally for this world competition currently sits at one gold and two silver, but there is still high expectation for the remaining events.
This year’s championship attracted 300 athletes from 40 countries and territories worldwide.
