Election results on more NA officials announced
VOV.VN - On April 5, the National Assembly (NA) approved a resolution on the election of the Chairman of the NA Ethnic Council, the chairs of a number of NA committees, and the State Auditor General.

Ha Ngoc Chien, a member of the Party Central Committee and a member of the NA Standing Committee was elected Chairman of the Ethnic Council. Le Thi Nga, a member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, was elected Chairwoman of the Law Committee. Nguyen Duc Hai, a member of the NA Standing Committee and deputy head of the Central Party Inspection Commission, was elected Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee.
Vo Trong Viet, Deputy Minister of National Defense, was elected head of the National Defense and Security Committee. Nguyen Thanh Hai, a member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, was elected Chairwoman of the Committee for Culture, Education, Youth, Children, Adolescents, and Children, Nguyen Thuy Anh, a member of the NA Standing Committee, was elected chairwoman of the Committee for Social Affairs.
With 417 out of 485 votes, Ho Duc Phoc, a member of the Party Central Committee, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Nghe An provincial People’s Council, was elected State Auditor General.
