Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People’s Committee Tran Van Minh and General Director of Vina Capital Group Don Zi Lam on June 6 signed an Agreement in principle on a US$-50million project in Hoa Hai marine tourism area.

The project is considered the largest so far in Da Nang, which will cover 260 ha, including 210 ha for a 36-hole international standard golf course and 50 ha for villas and sea tourism activities.

Vina Capital will complete all related investment procedures over the next six months, said Don Zi Lam. Construction will start six months after the project site is handed over by the Da Nang People’s Committee to the group, he added.

At the signing ceremony, Vina Capital granted VND210 million to families of typhoon victims in Central Vietnam.
