The Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Bank (Sacombank) has won the award “Global Payments and Cash Management 2006” from the world’s giant Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC).

The award was made in recognition of Sacombank’s high-quality international payment services.

The bank has been providing services which are safe and useful with high added values to customers. It recently injected a large investment in human resources development and technology, which has facilitated its integration into the regional and world financial institutions.

In the first four months of this year, the bank obtained US$600 million in revenue from international payments.
