Overseas Vietnamese in the US on July 18 presented 144 wheelchairs to dioxin victims and poor disabled people in southern Dong Nai province with the aim of helping them re-integrate into the community.

The Dong Nai provincial Red Cross chapter has presented 327 wheelchairs so far this year and it plans to give an additional 100 to the local disabled in August.
