The Ministry of Planning and Investment has licensed the Fisheries Investment and Commerce Corporation (Incomfish) to set up joint stock companies (JSC) abroad.
Accordingly, Incomfish will establish the European Fisheries Investment and Commerce JSC in Belgium and the American Fisheries Investment and Commerce JSC in the US, each with an investment of US$900,000.
The two companies are expected to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2007.
