Vietnam’s giant mobile service provider Vinaphone announced on July 12 its mobile service on a number of international flights.
Passengers now can use international zone service when traveling overseas without registering for special international calls.
However, to ensure safety, they are required to turn off their mobiles when the plane takes off and lands.
