Vietnam and Liechtenstein signed a joint communiqué in Berne, Switzerland, on July 2 to establish diplomatic ties between the two nations.
Signatories to the communiqué were Vietnamese ambassador to Switzerland Nguyen Ngoc Son and Liechtenstein ambassador Hubert Ferrdinand Býchel.
