Vietnam supports cooperation proposals between the Vietnam National Defence Academy and the Kaysone Phomvihane National Defence Academy in training officials and teachers as well as exchanging experiences in building training programmes for Laos.
The statement was made by National Defence Minister Gen. Phung Quang Thanh while receiving a delegation from the Kaysone Phomvihane National Defence Academy led by its Director Chansamone Chanyarath in Hanoi on September 22.
He expressed his belief that the visit will help strengthen mutual understanding, friendship and cooperation between the two countries as well as the two armies.
