The presentation was in recognition of their contributions to the development of the Lao Party Commission for Propaganda and Education as well as to relations between the two countries.

The ceremony was attended by To Huy Rua, Politburo member and CIE head, and Phandouangchit Vongsa, head of the Lao commission.

On the same day, officials from the Communist Review were also presented with Laos’ Issara Order and Labour Order for the professional assistance they have extended to Laos’ Alunmay Review.
