Prime Minister congratulates Australia’s new PM
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on September 15 sent a congratulatory message to Malcolm Turnbull on his appointment as Prime Minister of Australia.
Multi-millionaire former banker Malcolm Turnbull was sworn on the day as Australia's 29th Prime Minister in replace of Tony Abbott.
