In whatever circumstances, the company should fulfill its key task of printing the Party’s political documents accurately, beautifully but at a low-cost, said Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh.

Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh paid a New Year visit to Tien Bo Printing Company on February 15

The Tien Bo (Progress) Printing Factory, now called Tien Bo Printing Company, was established 60 years ago under the leadership of the Community Party of Vietnam, late President Ho Chi Minh and late Party General Secretary Truong Chinh. Overcoming hardships and difficulties in different revolutionary periods, the company has always fulfilled important tasks of printing the Party’s political books and newspapers and many times it had the honour to welcome Uncle Ho and senior Party and State leaders.

In 2006, the company’s timely printing of a huge volume of political documents contributed to the successful organisation of the 10th Party National Congress.

On behalf of the Party Central Committee and Political Bureau, Party leader Manh extolled Tien Bo’s fine tradition, considering it a driving force behind the company’s constant development to deserve its name “Progress”.

Vietnam
’s accession to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) is presenting enterprises including Tien Bo Printing Company with both opportunities and challenges. However, in whatever circumstances, the company should fulfill its key task of printing the Party’s political documents accurately, beautifully but at a low-cost, Mr Manh emphasised.

Mr Manh also asked the company to constantly improve the quality of products, renew technology and pay special attention to training human resources.

On this occasion, the Party leader extended his New Year wishes to the whole staff of the printing industry.
