The ASEAN Food Trail is taking place in Singapore from July 9-22 as one of many events to mark the 40th anniversary of the Association of the Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
The event features special dishes that characterize the culture, customs, and traditions of each ASEAN country member.
Vietnam’s dishes displayed at the festival include pho bo (beef noodle), goi buoi (grapefruit salad), and tom lan vung (sesame-freckled shrimp).
