The Vietnam Children’s Support Fund has received an additional US$64,000 from domestic and foreign organizations to support disabled children and Agent Orange victims.

This is from the Compatriot Organisation of France, the Thai Embassy, the Dien Hong Printing Joint Stock Company, and the Hoan Vu Joint Operating Company.

At a meeting to review the project “supporting disabled children and Agent Orange victims”, the funds director Vu Anh Dao said that since 2001, with more than VND15 billion, the fund has developed rehabilitation centres in 24 provinces and cities providing services to nearly 3,000 children.

The project has also developed collaborators at home and in the community to improve the public’s technical understanding and awareness of the children.
