On the evening of July 8, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of central Quang Tri province in collaboration with the Organisation Board of the “Journey to Truong Son” held an incense-offering ceremony to mark the 60^th anniversary of War Invalid and Martyr Day (July 27) at the Truong Son National Cemetery- the place name had entered the history as an epic of the national revolutionary tradition.

The ceremony was attended by 600 youth union members from 8 central and southern provinces and cities, the 115 People’s Hospital and the Ho Chi Minh City Medicine and Pharmacy University.

On this occasion, the Organisation Board presented 100 scholarships, worth VND1 million each with books and notebooks, to 100 poor pupils who live in difficult circumstances but excel in their studies.
