The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam has congratulated the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI-M) on its successful 20th Congress.
Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong also sent his congratulations to the CPI-M’s re-elected General Secretary, Prakash Karat.
