At 8 am on April 25, the 10^th National Party Congress held its closing session under the chairmanship of State President Tran Duc Luong. Delegates heard the results of voting on several issues in congress documents, announced the list of official members of the 10^th Party Central Committee (PCC) and the results of election to the Political Bureau, the Secretariat, the Party General Secretary, and the PCC’s Inspection Commission and its Chairman. They also approved the full text of the Party Statute.
