Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved two important projects. The first is My Khanh waterworks in Phong Dien District, southern Can Tho province, which will receive non-refundable aid of US$2.826 million from the Dutch Government.

The second is a project to manage and destroy organic substances that are difficult to disintegrate. The project worth US$451,000, including US$350,000 sourced from the Global Environment Fund through the World Bank, aims to complete a legal framework, management institution and devise measures to manage and destroy organic substances.
