Asian Youth Jazz Orchestra to perform in Hanoi
(VOV) -An Asian Youth Jazz Orchestra concert is set to take place on February 3 at the Youth Theatre in Hanoi.
The event is expected to attract 6 Japanese musicians including trombonists Osamu Matsumoto and Mariko Maeda, pianistMayuko Katakura, saxophonist Yuri Kishimoto, electric bass player Nohara Okamoto and drummer Fumihiro Ibuki.
On the occasion, Japanese musicians will select young talented Vietnamese musicians to perform at the Asian Youth Jazz Orchestra in the fall of 2015.
Free ticket will be distributed from 2pm on January 27 at the Japan Foundation Centre for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam.
