More than 300,000 Khmer ethnic minority people in the Mekong Delta province of Tra Vinh are preparing for the Sene Dolta Festival to be held from October 10-12.

One of the Khmer people’s biggest festivals, the annual event is to show thanks for bumper crops.

Local authorities visit and present gifts to poor Khmer households apart from supporting many festivities of Khmer people on the occasion.
