Construction started on a new luxury office-apartment block in Dong Nam Tran Duy Hung urban area in south eastern Hanoi on May 20.

The complex includes four buildings of 25-29 storeys and will have a total space floor of 178,000sq.m with 40,000sq.m for social and trade services and offices and 138,000sq.m for apartments. It also utilizes three 1.5ha basements for a super market and car parks.

The urban complex, located in Cau Giay and Thanh Xuan districts, is bordered by Tran Duy Hung road, the belt road 3, a park, a lake and Trung Hoa-Nhan Chinh urban area.
