A Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) delegation, led by NA Deputy Chairman Nguyen Phuc Thanh, visited the Czech Republic and Germany from April 29 to May 5.
In the Czech Republic, the delegation met with Chairman Lubormir Zaoralek and held talks with Deputy Chairman Vojtech Filip of the House of Representatives and Senate Vice Chairman Jiri Liska.
The delegation also had a working session with German Deputy NA Chairman Susanne Kastner.
The Czech and German MPs spoke highly of Vietnam's socio-economic development and hoped that inter-parliamentary relations would further develop.
During its mission, the delegation worked with Vietnamese embassies in the Czech Republic and Germany on implementation of the ordinance on Vietnam's representative offices in foreign countries.
