Miss Earth 2006 Hil Yesenia Hernandez Escobar, Miss Water 2006 Catherine Untalan and Singapore representative to the 2007 pageant Nicole Chen Lin joined many activities to promote tourism, environmental protection and traffic safety in Vietnam from October 5-7.

On October 7, the beauties donned motorbike helmets and rode on Ho Chi Minh City’s main streets to drum up support for helmet use.

The same day, they planted trees at Phu Tho Competition House and presented VND50 million in aid to victims of the Can Tho bridge collapse.
