Malaysia’s Scomi Engineering Bhd (SEB) has signed an agreement with the Hanoi Urban Rail Management Board to conduct a feasibility study on a monorail system in the city.

Under the agreement signed on April 16, SEB will focus on developing transportation hubs to support Hanoi’s transport network in accordance with master plans of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
