The Government has developed a policy aimed at encouraging non-state establishments to provide services.

The Decree, issued on May 25, stipulates that areas such as education and training, healthcare, sports and physical training, science and technology, the environment, population, family, and child care and protection welcome the involvement of non-state sectors.

Comprised of nine policies, the decree also includes regulations on financial input and output, and state management over non-state establishments.
The decree will take effect on June 10.
