The Vietnam Association for Promoting Education Development held an awards ceremony in Hanoi on November 20 for the Information Technology and Media Contest entitled Vietnamese Talents 2007.
Two first prizes were awarded to “Portals Operating System” by TCV company and “Online Learning and Testing Solutions” by AI Vietnam.
The ceremony was attended by Politburo member Truong Tan Sang and Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan.
In his letter to the ceremony, State President Nguyen Minh Triet said that the event organizers should pay due attention to the application of the winning products to benefit the country economically and socially.
This was the third time the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Information and Communications, and the Ministry of Education and Training sponsored the event.
