The eighth session of full-time National Assembly (NA) deputies opened in Hanoi on February 13. Deputies will give their opinions on 11 draft laws to be submitted to the NA for approval at the upcoming ninth session.
The draft laws include the law on cinematography, the Law on real estate, the law on social insurance, the Lawyer Law, the amended law on civil aviation, the law on information and technology, the law on HIV/AIDS prevention and control, law on standardisation, law on legal assistance, law on securities, and the amended law on NA Organisation.
They will also give their opinions and amendments on the draft Resolution No. 05/1997/QH10 dated 29 November 1997 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the standards for approving important national investment projects.
