Northern Ha Tay province has granted an investment licence to the project to build Bac An Khanh new urban area in its Hoai Duc district.

The project has a total investment capital of more than US$220 million. The main investor is An Khanh new urban development company, a joint venture company between the Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (Vinaconex) and the Republic of Korea’s company Posco.
