An international yacht festival will be held in Mui Ne bay in the central province of Binh Thuan, on October 21-24, says the provincial culture, sports and tourism department.
The event will include a welcoming gala and a pop & rock music programme, an exhibition of 200 foreign yachts from 20 countries, an international workshop on developing Vietnam maritime tourism trademark, and a light show presented by the Crossroads Group of France.
The festival is expected to promote sea tourism potential in the province, home to Ham Tien-Mui Ne sea, an ideal place for water-skiing, kite-skiing and sailing.
