Ivano Barberini, President of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA), Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Cao Duc Phat and Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Tuan Anh inaugurated the event on November 2.

The fair affirms the important role of the collective sector in the national economy and helps promote brand awareness of the products of domestic enterprises in the country’s international integration.

The fair has nearly 400 pavilions put up by local businesses and others by enterprises in ASEAN, China and other countries in the Asia-Pacific.

Major products displayed at the event include agrarian items and handicrafts.

There are also special cultural activities during the fair, which will last till December 6.
