The Hanoi Natural Resources, Environment and Housing Department will distribute the budget to districts to carry out activities to clean and green the environment, build waste water treatment systems in Dong Da Hospital and Hanoi Central Obstetrics Hospital and make a list of polluters to be dealt with in the city.

In 2007, the ministry will mobilise additional resources to install electronic billboards at the five gates of the city. The billboards will provide updated information about the climate, air and weather of the city.
