Japanese teacher Fujita Manabu and former students of the Tokyo-based Nanzan School granted 330,000 Japanese Yen to Vietnamese dioxin victims on April 14, according to the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA).

The teacher saved his pension for one year and encouraged his former students to raise funds for Vietnamese AO victims.

The VAVA said that the money will be used to build and repair houses for AO victims, treat their diseases and buy school aids for children.
